White Chili


1large onion — chopped (1 c.)
1clove(s)garlic — finely chopped
1lb.pork — cut into cubes, browned in a skillet
4c.chicken broth
2Tbsp.cilantro
1Tbsp.dried basil leaves
2tsp.ground red chilies or chili pork powder
1/2tsp.ground cloves
2can(s)Great Northern beans — un-drained
2can(s)Navy beans — un-drained

1.Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
2.You can use a crock pot if you want.
