1. | Preheat oven to 350°. |
2. | Put chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound thin. |
3. | Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast and roll up; secure with toothpicks. |
4. | Combine bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese. |
5. | Dip chicken rolls in beaten egg and roll in seasoned bread crumbs to coat. Brown in a small amount of oil. |
6. | Transfer to a baking pan and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. |
