Chicken Cordon Bleu (II)


chicken breasts
swiss cheese — cubed
butter — melted
corn flakes — cruhed
sliced ham
________
--Sauce--
1Tbsp.lemon juice
1 1/2c.sour cream
1can(s)cream of chicken soup

1.Flatten the raw chicken breast--put in a ziplock bag, smooth side down on cutting board, and hammer it flat with a meat hammer.
2.Wrap cubed Swiss cheese in 2 slices of ham.
3.Place the ham & cheese in the center of the chicken breast and hold the chicken in place around the cube with 2 toothpicks.
4.Dip the chicken in melted butter and roll in crushed corn flakes.
5.Place "open side" down in a pan.
6.Pour excess butter and remaining corn flakes over the chicken when you finish all of them.
7.Bake at 375 for 2 hours. (Time varies from oven to oven so check after an hour and a half.)
8.Prepare the Sauce: Bring all ingredients to a boil in a sauce pan over medium heat.
