1. | Flatten the raw chicken breast--put in a ziplock bag, smooth side down on cutting board, and hammer it flat with a meat hammer. |
2. | Wrap cubed Swiss cheese in 2 slices of ham. |
3. | Place the ham & cheese in the center of the chicken breast and hold the chicken in place around the cube with 2 toothpicks. |
4. | Dip the chicken in melted butter and roll in crushed corn flakes. |
5. | Place "open side" down in a pan. |
6. | Pour excess butter and remaining corn flakes over the chicken when you finish all of them. |
7. | Bake at 375 for 2 hours. (Time varies from oven to oven so check after an hour and a half.) |
8. | Prepare the Sauce: Bring all ingredients to a boil in a sauce pan over medium heat. |
