Spinach Almond Salad


1bag(s)fresh spinach
1c.slivered almonds — toasted
1/2lb.cooked bacon — crumbled
1granny smith apple — sliced very thin
-----Dressing------
----Ingredients----
1/4c.sugar
1/3c.oil
1/4tsp.salt
1Tbsp.red onion — chopped
3Tbsp.cider vinegar

1.If almonds aren't already toasted, toast in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
2.Wash spinach and dry well.
3.Tear into bite-sized pieces making sure to remove any large stems.
4.Add bacon, apple, and toasted almonds.
5.Set salad aside.
6.Mix dressing ingredients in blender and pour over spinach salad. (Toss with dressing immediately before serving.)
