Cranberry Salad1 | pk. | cranberries | 2 | c. | sugar | 1 | c. | grapes — halved | 1 | c. | nuts — chopped (walnuts are the best) | 1 | pt. | whipping cream — whipped 'til fluffy |
1. | Grind cranberries in food processor. | 2. | Put in colander and cover with sugar. | 3. | Let them stand overnight. | 4. | You can pour drained juice back over the cranberries, if there is enough. You can stir it a few times too. | 5. | Stir in remaining ingredients. | 6. | Refrigerate. | This can be made sugar free by substituting Equal for the sugar.(from Ashley Ross) |
