Quesadilla Casserole


16oz.Refried Beans — (about 2 c.)
8oz.Tomato Sauce
4oz.Green Chilies — (diced)
1tsp.Cumin
1tsp.Chili Powder
1tsp.Garlic Powder
4Flour Tortillas — (8 inch)
2c.Cheddar Cheese — (shredded)
Vegetable Cooking Spray

1.In a small bowl, combine the refried beans, tomato sauce, chilies, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder.
2.Spray an 8 inch aluminum foil round baking pan with cooking spray and place one tortilla in the pan.
3.Spread 1/4 of the bean mixture over the tortilla.
4.Place a second tortilla followed by another 1/4 of the mixture.
5.Sprinkle one cup of cheese over the mixture then add another tortilla.
6.Place another 1/4 of the mixture over the tortilla then the final tortilla.
7.Add the last of the bean mixture and the rest of the cheese.
8.Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350° oven for 35-40 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
9.Serve with sour cream, guacamole, chopped olives and tomatoes.
