French Dip


1Cross Rib Roast
16oz.Water — (or enough to cover roast)
1pk.Beefy Onion Soup Mix
Rolls — (any hard roll will work)

1.Place roast in crock pot.
2.Sprinkle soup mix over top then add water.
3.Cover crock pot with lid then cook on low for 8-10 hours.
4.When roast is completely cooked, remove from crock pot and cool slightly.
5.Cut into bite size pieces.
6.Place roast in sliced rolls.
7.Strain juice in crock pot to make the au just.
8.Serve au jus in small cups or bowls.
9.Dip sandwiches as desired.
