Double Chocolate Chip Cookies1 | pk. | devils food cake mix | 1/2 | c. | butter / margarine — softened | 1 | tsp. | vanilla | 2 | | eggs | 1/2 | c. | nuts — chopped | 1 | c. | semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1. | Preheat oven to 350. | 2. | Beat half of the dry cake mix, all of the butter, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl on medium speed until smooth. | 3. | Stir in remaining cake mix, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips. | 4. | Drop cookies by teaspoon-full on an un-greased cookie sheet and bake for 9 - 13 minutes. | (from Andrew Jorgensen) |
