Fruit Pizza1 | | roll refrigerator sugar cookie dough | 8 | oz. | cream cheese | 1 | Tbsp. | vanilla | 1/4 | c. | sugar | 4-5 | | assorted fruits — (bananas, kiwi, strawberry, pineapple, grape, etc.) | | | _______ | | | --Glaze-- | 1/2 | c. | orange juice | 6 | Tbsp. | weather | 2 | Tbsp. | lemon juice | 1 | Tbsp. | cornstarch | 1 | dash(es) | salt |
1. | Press cookie dough into a pizza and bake at 350 until lightly brown. (around 10 - 12 minutes) | 2. | Let cool. | 3. | Mix together cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar. | 4. | Spread on cooled cookie dough. | 5. | Cut and arrange fruit on pizza in an attractive pattern. | 6. | Combine glaze ingredients in a small saucepan. | 7. | Let boil until thickened. | 8. | let cool and pour over fruit. | 9. | Cut into wedges to serve. | (from Meredith & Christmas Ashton) |
