Lasagna (simple)


1box(es)lasagna noodles
1lb.hamburger
16oz.spaghetti sauce
1lb.mozzarella cheese
8oz.cottage cheese
salt & pepper — to taste

1.Boil the lasagna noodles with a little oil (1 Tbsp.) to keep from sticking.
2.Brown hamburger & add salt & pepper if desired.
3.Layer noodles, hamburger, spaghetti sauce, and cheese several times.
4.Bake at 375 covered for 20 minutes, then uncovered for 25.

Side dishes may include: corn, salad, banana yogurt, crescent rolls.
