Lasagna (simple)1 | box(es) | lasagna noodles | 1 | lb. | hamburger | 16 | oz. | spaghetti sauce | 1 | lb. | mozzarella cheese | 8 | oz. | cottage cheese | | | salt & pepper — to taste |
1. | Boil the lasagna noodles with a little oil (1 Tbsp.) to keep from sticking. | 2. | Brown hamburger & add salt & pepper if desired. | 3. | Layer noodles, hamburger, spaghetti sauce, and cheese several times. | 4. | Bake at 375 covered for 20 minutes, then uncovered for 25. | Side dishes may include: corn, salad, banana yogurt, crescent rolls.(from Jen Mortensen) |
