Random Trivia For This Title:

  • The gag about Agent 99 having plastic surgery to look much younger than she really is, may be an allusion to Barbara Feldon (the original 99), about whom the same has often been said.
  • Barbara Feldon, the original Agent 99, allegedly turned down an invitation to appear in the movie.
  • The Agent 23 character (played by Dwayne Johnson is a new character apparently not seen in the original [Get Smart] TV series.
  • Jessica Alba and [?] Kristin Kreuk screen tested for the part of Agent 99.
  • Steve Carell and B.J. Novak did uncredited work on the script.
  • One of the items in CONTROL's display cases is a two small domes connected by a tube, a Portable Cone of Silence from the original series.
